Basic company information

We are the largest trader of cryptocurrencies and digitized physical Gold in the Czech and Slovak Republics. The company was founded in 2014. We serve 14 thousand registered clients. We execute tens of thousands of trades per year without complaints and in 2021 we exchanged cryptocurrencies worth CZK 2 billion. We are licensed by the CNB as a "small-scale payment service provider". We also participate in scientific research projects funded by the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic.

Since 2018, we have been the only one in Europe to deliver a unique solution for cryptocurrency trading to a real bank licensed by the Czech National Bank. The bank's clients can thus buy, sell and hold cryptocurrencies in their home bank's own online banking system. The solution is built on an API interface, where it was very easy for the bank to integrate the entire system. Basically, it was just a modification of the frontend of their online banking. The entire backend, which performs the actual trades, is our unique solution that is fully controlled and owned by our company. We do not use any third party solutions to ensure maximum security. Thousands of transactions have taken place in the system during the time we have been working together without any complaints. We pay the bank a margin on each transaction for providing access to the bank's clients. This means that the bank can offer very attractive services to its clients with minimal costs and in a very short time and still make very interesting money on fees. We can offer this solution to all banks in selected regions. The technical implementation of the whole system can be realized in a very short time and in an estimated 1 to 3 months. We are a company based in the Czech Republic, where we also pay taxes. We are a typical example of a high-end fintech startup with unlimited growth potential. If we manage to join, for example, another 100 banks and gain access to 20 million potential clients, then of course our profits will increase significantly and so will our tax contribution to the Czech budget. And we are still at the very beginning of potential foreign expansion. Our company may become a very significant income tax payer, which will be realised in other markets. And we may also have a significant impact on the Czech Republic's budget.
