MyStay is a communication, check-in/check-out and upselling platform that connects accommodation facilities with their guest before, during and after their stay. The purpose of the MyStay Automated Reception is to digitize 100 % check-ins and check-outs and also let guests enjoy their stay without a need of stopping at reception. Our Contactless solution helps hotels increase customer satisfaction and generate additional revenue through providing an improved guest experience.

MyStay check-in and check-out eliminates queues and allows your staff to reallocate their time and become more efficient. Your guests can walk into your facility already checked-in with no need to stop at the reception as everything can be done using their mobile devices. With this solution you can create a customized check-in registration form based on your specific country needs and send an automated email or a text message to the guest before their arrival inviting them to fill and sign their form digitally. Front desk staff receives a signed PDF document that will be archived for a set period of time. The digital check-in can be done by the guests also at the reception by scanning the QR code with their mobile device or using MyStay Light Kiosk. Digital check-out feature lets the guest add the minibar consumption, check the bill, split it with other people, update the billing address and receive the final invoice by email after the departure.

In-stay upsell generates additional revenue through white labeled Guest Web, where the facility can present services and offer automatically tailor made for each guest based on their needs, through a Smart Catalogue. Connected with MyStay communication feature MyStay UPSELL automates promotion of hotel services or third party offers, making it effortless for guests to make purchases. MyStay also generates QR code for every created service and can be used in the promo materials in your facility for a fast order. For even seamless experience there is MyStay in-room tablet, which can be placed anywhere within the facility. Thanks to MyStay smart data and collected guests preferences MyStay upsell also effectively helps the front desk sell services offline. All manageable and customizable by the facility.

MyStay Kiosks are prepared for hoteliers to save costs, time and remove queues at the front desk. The guests can make online check-in, payments and check-out with their mobile device or in the Lobby using the MyStay Light Kiosk. The hotel can install the Light check-in/check-out Kiosk anywhere in the lobby. Guests can handle the entire check-in process themselves. Automated Reception has connected payment gateway and e-keys and makes MyStay an all in one solution for the modern reception.
